After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Central Connecticut State University and working in that field, Pamela realized she wanted to pursue a more fulfilling career, and answered the call to become a Registered Nurse. The combination of both degrees has been highly beneficial in her professional life. During her time as a Registered Nurse, she recognized that there are many caregivers who need guidance and direction to help them make the best decisions for their loved ones, and that’s when Guided Care Solutions was born.
Pamela is a Certified Care Manager through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and follows their Strict Code of Ethics and High Standards of Practice. She is also an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association.
Pamela does not receive payments for referrals and will provide a variety of options centered on each individual’s needs, goals, and priorities. She will create a person centered plan of care and will remain a constant in the evolving needs of each person entrusted in her care.
